INDICATIONS:
ARCIS® Coated Tablets are used to treat erectile dysfunction in men.
Administration way: Oral
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Adults: The recommended dose is 1 tab taken 1 hour before sexual activity. The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg as a daily dose.
USE IN CHILDREN ARCIS Coated tablets are not indicated for use by children.
COMPOSITION
Each ARCIS®100 coated tablet contains:
Sildenafil Citrate
Equivalent to Sildenafil…..100 mg
CONTRAINDICATIONS
ARCIS Coated tablets are contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Sildenafil. Co-administration is contraindicated in patients who are using nitric oxide or nitrate donors because it potentiates their hypotensive effect.
ADVERSE EFFECTS:
Adverse events are generally temporary and moderate in nature. When Sildenafil is taken in the recommended doses the reported adverse effects are: Headache, facial flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, abnormal vision, diarrhea, dizziness, rash.
OVERDOSE:
In case of overdose, standardized support measures should be adopted as appropriate. Kidney dialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance, as sildenafil is strongly bound to plasma proteins and is not excreted in the urine.
