Presentation: Box with 2 mL prefilled syringe
COMPOSITION: Each 2 mL prefilled syringe contains: Betamethasone Dipropionate 12.8574 mg (equivalent to 10 mg of Betamethasone) + Betamethasone Disodium Phosphate 5.2632 mg (equivalent to 4 mg of Betamethasone)
Excipients: Polyethylene glycol 400, Polysorbate 20 (tween 20), Polyvinylpyrrolidone (kolidon 17), Monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, Dibasic sodium phosphate, Sorbitol 70%, Water for injection, q.s.
PHARMACEUTICAL FORM: Injectable suspension.
ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: IM. Intra-articular, intralesional, and into soft tissues.
DOSAGE: According to medical criteria.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Break the protective blister pack on the syringe.
2. Carefully remove the syringe from the case.
3. Remove the plastic protector covering the end of the syringe.
4. Administer the medication.
5. For safety, dispose of the syringe.
The sterility and safety of the product are guaranteed. If the blister pack, syringe, or needle shield is broken, please do not use the product.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to betamethasone or other corticosteroids, or any component of the medication. Systemic mycoses. Live attenuated virus vaccines. Active gastroduodenal ulcer. Psychosis or history thereof. Osteoporosis.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: Do not administer to infected areas. The dose should be adjusted based on the clinical picture, the individual patient’s response, and exposure to emotional or physical stress, such as serious infection, surgery, or injury. The lowest effective dose should be used to control the disease. This product contains sorbitol. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not use this medication.
